The Team

Our engineering team is small, senior, and deeply product-minded. You will work across the full stack ~ building features, improving infrastructure, and sometimes rethinking how something should work from first principles.

There are no layers of process here. Engineers own their work end-to-end: scoping a feature, shipping it, and watching how it performs in production.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and maintain features across the Kiinara product suite ~ KiinaraOS, Pulse, and internal tooling.
  • Design and implement APIs, background jobs, and data pipelines that stay reliable at scale.
  • Work alongside designers to bring interfaces to life with precision and care.
  • Take ownership of technical decisions ~ from architecture to database schema ~ and communicate your reasoning clearly.
  • Review code, help set engineering standards, and raise the bar for the team around you.

What we're looking for

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and experience with a modern frontend framework (Vue, React, or similar).
  • Solid backend fundamentals: REST APIs, relational databases, and server-side rendering.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure ~ AWS, GCP, or equivalent.
  • A product-minded approach: you think about users, not just code.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to break complex problems into shippable increments.
